A fuN Day on tHe FaRm

I realized that I have never posted about Mitch's family. Treyden and Kenlee love Papa Dee and Grandma Carol. They are so good to us. These pictures are from a Sunday dinner that we had a couple of weeks ago. We took advantage of the warm weather and went outside and played BUBBLES!

Spoiled Rotten

Today as I sat in my yard and watched my children play with the neighbor girls I realized how blessed I am. I have a wonderful husband, two beautiful healthy kids, a beautiful home with a yard in a good neighborhood, good neighbors, a great ward and a happy and healthy extended family. I don't want to get all mushy or even brag. I guess I just need to point out to myself all of the things that I have to be grateful for. I think that this good weather has done it to me. It just makes me happy be be able to relax in the warm sun and work in my yard (never thought that I would say that). So basically I am a spoiled brat.

Book Club update.

Just checking on those of you who decided to read the Count of Monte Cristo with me. I finished it a couple of weeks ago and an anxious to tell you my feelings on it so let me know when you are finished so I don't post to early and ruin the book for you. As soon as you are done we can start Pride and Prejudice and anyone else who wants to join in with this book let me know. Also I have published a few other posts today so keep scrolling down.

This is the week!!

I decided that once Treyden is potty trained I will give myself a reward. A new dress, which I am in desperate need of so this should give me some good motivation. I just hope that I can have the patients (did I spell that right?)

Happy Birthday Kenlee

Saturday my baby turned one. I can't believe how fast one year can go. We had such a fun little birthday party for her. My family came over and we had pizza, opened presents, and had cake and ice cream.

What a gorgeous day it has been today. We had a few friends over this morning and then Boston, Treyden, and Kenlee had a little picnic outside. They loved it and of course it wasn't at all easy to get them inside for naps.

My little book worm

Kenlee is a girl after my own heart. She LOVES books! As soon as she wakes up from her naps she points to the closet where her books are and wants to read. She has quite a good attention span when it comes to books. She sits and points at the pictures and gabbers away. It is so awesome (and a good babysitter).
