I love it

Here are a few of the scrapbook pages that I have done digitally. I am loving it. There is still alot that I need to learn about Photoshop Elements but for the most part it is a pretty easy program to use.

My beautiful niece was finally born. Actually she was 3 weeks early. She is SOOOOO sweet and adorable. I finally got to see her today. We were on our way to go see her last night and Treyden threw up all over himself in the car so we had to go home. I was pretty bumbed so I snuck out of my house as soon as Mitch got home from work and went to Ryan and Kyllas and held her for a little bit. Who do you think she looks like?

Big Springs

At the start of our trip

By the time we got to Big Springs (I was in pain ok)

Saturday we bundles the kids up, stuffed me and them into the sno coach while dad, Mitch, Jordan and Chase (the one that I gave Jordan's number) jumped on the snow machines and off we went to Big Springs. I thought that I might be dead by the time we got there. I was so claustrophobic in that thing and it was so bumpy that my back is now bruised. Of course the kids didn't mind it a bit and were out cold by the time we got there. Kenlee did great and of course Treyden enjoyed every minute of it.

Happy Valentines Day

Mitch and I celebrated our Valentines Day/anniversary a little early this year. We hit our 3 year mark on the 18th. What a truly lucky girl I am. Tuesday night we dropped th kids off at my moms house and headed to downtown Idaho Falls to stay at the Destinations Inn (thanks again Nick for hooking us up). We stayed in Venice and it turned out to be a great choice. They treated us good there, we got cheese cake, sparkling cider, and a delicious breakfast of cinnamon rolls, parfaits (yummy), and hot chocolate. We got Applebees to go and ate in our room, Mitch took me shopping and didn't even complain about how much money I spent. I have been so caught up with taking care of sick kids that I didn't even realize how much we needed the break and the time together. We had so much fun that as soon as we got home I was ready to go back and relax in another one of Destinations get away suites.

I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I downloaded a free trial of Photoshop Elements last night because I have decided to try my hand at digital scrapbooking. So I put the kids to bed, sat down at the computer and threw this beauty together. Ok, I know it really isn't that great, but for my first time I don't think it is to shabby. I am already hooked. Here are a few of my reasons why.
1. No mess to clean up.
2. Instead of throwing my whole page and my money away when I mess up I just hit undo.
3. Freebies!!!
4. and best of all, when I figure it out a little further I will be able to make myself look better than Halle Berry in my pics.

Boys will be Boys

My Grandma Miles gave these rocking horses to the boys for Christmas and they arrived yesterday. My uncle Jeffrey made them and my Aunt Lisa painted them. They had the time of their lives rocking away. Thus far Boston is the only one to have been bucked off. He didn't like it at first but, after he wiped away the tears he thought it was the most hilarious thing, as long as some one was behind him to break his fall.

Saturday night we went to Blast Off with Josh, Brittney, Teegan, Nick, Ashley, and Boston. Talk about a breeding ground for germs. It grossed me out but Treyden threw a fit when we made him leave. It is a perfect place to get ride of some energy especially after this winter and being cooped up in the house.

Three Little What????

I decided to jump on the band wagon with my brother-in-law, Nick and add a couple of my own "revisitations" which he so wierdly termed them. To know what I am talking about visit his blog. Now, just so you know I am not a good story teller like Nick and many of the other bloggers which I read so frequently, but as I read Nicks goof ball moments I thought of a few of my own and of course couldn't help but laugh to myself.

#1 My mom and dad always use to make us do yard work in the summer which of course we whined and complained about the whole time. My mom and I were out weeding one of the thousands of flower beds in their yard (this one was up next to the shop) as the rest of the family worked close by. My mom was standing up bent over pulling weeds trying to avoid the prickles on the rose bushes. Don't ask me what happened but I heard a scream and looked over to see my mom with her head in the flower bush, back against the shop, arms flailing and bum in the air. She couldn't get up because on either side of her were rose bushes that would rip her arms to shreds if she put them down to push herself up. I really wanted to help her but I was literally rolling in the grass with laughter along with the rest of my family.

#2 My cousin and partner in crime (stealing fudge) Shani was visiting for the weekend and we were hanging out at my friend Kristina's house. A few friends had gathered together to play games and eat. Of course Shan was the life of the party. I had disposed of my gum in an empty glass and Shani (probably dry mouthed from talking so much) grabbed the glass and proceeded to fill it with pop. I saw this and started laughing so hard that I couldn't control myself to tell her, that, and she wouldn't stop talking long enough to let me tell her. She guzzled it down and screamed as she saw the wad of my chewed up gum in the bottom of the now empty glass. She probably won't even remember this but it is still vivid in my mind. Thanks for the memories Shan (not to mention the numerous wet pants)

#3 My mom super glued her foot to the floor. Need I say more.
